Curt has more than 20 years experience in the music industry as a recording and touring musician, composer/arranger and audio engineer. He has worked with many of the top names in the music business. Curt and the PSNE Team help guide the artist through the pre-production process, and will help match the right engineer to the project.

Brian Sargent

Producer, Engineer, Composer

Bio:

For over 12 years, Brian has held a wide range of professional roles in the music industry. He attended Berklee College of Music where he graduated with honors and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music Production and Engineering. Since then, he has engineered and produced albums for a number of artists including Jewel's "Quest for Love" soundtrack for the major motion picture "Arthur and the Invisibles".

In the late 1990’s Brian ventured to New York City and became head engineer at Face The Music, a prominent jingle house. It was here that he honed his craft in a fast paced, high pressure environment, engineering and producing music for national commercials with all the top talent that NY has to oer. He worked on spots for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Pepsi, McDonald’s, GMC and many others. Wanting to be more creative, Brian left NYC to start his own successful music production company, Aberrant Sound, which he currently operates out of Concord, MA just a short distance from Boston.

Brian is also a composer and has written music for the NHL, Tylenol, Toyota, Honda, Aetna, Planet Waves and more. He is a multi-instrumentalist and plays electric and acoustic guitar, bass, banjo, mandolin, and vocals. He is a member of ASCAP, AFM, NACA, and a voting member of the Recording Academy.

When not creating music, Brian can be found acting as a brewmaster, creating tasty micro-brews right in his own kitchen.
